Submission Guidelines

• Please submit your E-Poster in JPG or PNG.

• The maximum file size is 50MB.

• Please ensure you use the template below for your submission. 

• A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after a successful submission.

• Submitted E-Posters will be displayed on our website. We look forward to your active participation.

• All E-Posters must be submitted by May 6(Wed.), 2026

• Submissions are final and cannot be edited. Please review carefully before submitting.

• 제출 기한: 2026년 5월 6일(수)까지

• 유의 사항: 제출 후 수정 불가하며, 제출 전 내용을 면밀히 검토 부탁드립니다.
