[The 5th MFDS GCFA] Call for Abstracts and e-Poster Submissions

This is the Secretariat of the 5th MFDS Global Conference on Foodborne Antimicrobial Resistance (MFDS GCFA).

We are pleased to announce that the 5th MFDS GCFA will be held in 2025.

As part of the conference, an e-poster session will be organized to share research and insights on foodborne antimicrobial resistance and promote international collaboration. 

We invite researchers and professionals in the field to actively participate.

◆ Call for Abstracts

• Submission Period: July 16 (Tue) – August 24 (Sun), 2025

• Submission Guidelines:

  1. Access the abstract submission form via the QR code provided in the official website post or newsletter.

  2. All e-poster presenters must submit an abstract.

  3. Abstracts must be written in English and limited to 1,200 characters (alphabet only). Please refer to the attached template for formatting details.

  4. Revisions to abstracts are allowed during the submission period only.

  5. Abstracts cannot be withdrawn after the submission deadline.

◆ e-Poster Presentation Guidelines

• Presentation Schedule: During the breaks of Session 1 and Session 3 at the conference venue

  • Posters will be displayed on digital screens with QR codes for attendees to access freely.

• e-Poster Specifications:

  • Size: 1080 x 1920 pixels (38.10 x 67.73 cm)

  • File Format: JPG or PNG

  • Content must be in English; layout is flexible

• Submission Period: August 29 (Fri) – September 5 (Fri), 2025
